Meet the TMVR Team

Meet our experienced and highly skilled team who bring in valuable expertise in diagnostics and valuable experience with vehicle manufacturers such as Peugeot, Vauxhall, Renault, BMW and Honda.

	Head Technician & Managing Director Andy has 31 years experience in the motor trade.  He first trained with Peugeot and then spent the next 26 years working for himself.  Andy also has 17 years experience and knowledge of diagnostics and fault finding
Andy Laywood
	MOT Tester & Service Technician Shaun has spent 23 years in the independent sector of the motor trade.  He is a qualified Technician MOT tester and a valuable member of the team.  Shaun has many years of Volvo experience.
Shaun Gagg
	Service Technician & Diagnostic Technician Jason has also split his 24 years experience between the dealership and independent sectors.  He spent 4 years at Honda and 8 years at BMW.
Jason Law
	Service Technician Jon is one of the youngest members of our team.  He has 4 years experience and bags of enthusiasm for learning the essential new skills required to be a top technician in the modern motor trade.
Jonathan Crang
	Our Apprentice Conor is the youngest member of the TMVR team.  He is proving to be a real asset and a top apprentice.  He is full of enthusiasm and very meticulous in his work.
Conor McMullen
	Service Manager Grant has worked in the motor trade for 8 years.  He worked in a dealer parts department and also the local motor factors before joining TMVR 4 years ago.  He is a great asset to the team and is the "hub" of the garage.  He is responsible for allocating the jobs to the appropriate technician and is also the main link between the customer and the technical staff.

And last but not least... Jayne Laywood - Service Reception & Director Jayne is a joint owner of the business and has worked in the motor trade with Andy for the last 25 years, building up an excellent knowledge of the motor industry.  Jayne ensures that customers get a good service and handles the booking in of vehicles.
